London Guided Walks Competition – Terms and Conditions
- Promoter
This giveaway is organised by London Guided Walks Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
- Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
One entry per person.
Employees of London Guided Walks Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must provide their full name and a valid email address.
All entries must be confirmed via double opt-in (by clicking the confirmation link sent to your inbox).
Only confirmed entries will be eligible for the prize draw.
- Competition Period
The competition opens on Friday 30th May 2005 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday, 31st August 2025.
Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
- Prizes
There are three prizes available:
1st Prize: A private guided walking tour for up to six people, led by a qualified London Guided Walks guide. Approximate value: £225.
2nd Prize: Four flexible tickets for public guided walks. Each ticket is valued at £25 (total value £100).
3rd Prize: Two flexible tickets for public guided walks. Each ticket is valued at £25 (total value £50).
- Prize Conditions
All prizes must be claimed and booked by 30th September 2025, with the chosen date for the private tour or guided walk taking place on or before 31st December 2025.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Flexible tickets are valid for any scheduled public walk (subject to availability) and can be used individually or together.
The private tour is subject to guide availability and must be arranged directly with London Guided Walks Ltd.
- Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all confirmed entries within 7 days of the competition closing.
Winners will be contacted by email. If there is no response within 7 days, the prize may be reallocated to another entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility before awarding any prize.
- Publicity
Winners may be announced on London Guided Walks’ website and social media using first name and general location. No other personal data will be shared without prior consent.
- Data Protection
By entering, participants agree to receive occasional marketing emails from London Guided Walks.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
You may unsubscribe at any time.
- General
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Entry into the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
