These terms and conditions govern all bookings made with London Guided Walks. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your party. Note: All times are UK times: either GMT or BST.

Rescheduling with Flexible Tickets

 

Flexible Tickets:

• Purchasing a Flexible Ticket allows you to cancel or reschedule your guided walk ticket up to 24 hours before the start of your booked walk.
• To request a rescheduling, please email bookings@londonguidedwalks.co.uk with your booking confirmation number and the walk, date and time you want your tickets to be moved to.
• The flexible ticket can be rescheduled once.

Standard Tickets

• These tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure your booking details are correct before completing your purchase.

Refunds

• Refunds will only be offered under the following circumstances:
• * The walk or treasure hunt is cancelled by London Guided Walks Ltd.
• * The walk or treasure hunt is rescheduled by London Guided Walks Ltd.

Guide Availability

• While we make every effort to ensure that the advertised guide leads the tour, circumstances beyond our control (including, but not limited to, illness, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts) may require a change in personnel.
• London Guided Walks Ltd reserves the right to assign an alternative qualified guide without prior notice.
• This change does not constitute grounds for a refund or credit.

Photography and Filming

• Please be aware that photography and videography may take place during our guided walks for marketing and promotional purposes.
• This content may be used on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
• By attending, you consent to being included in such material.
• If you prefer not to appear in any photos or footage, please speak to the guide at the beginning of the walk.

Governing law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
