Nikky Catto is a qualified London tour guide and accredited member of the Lambert Tour Guides Association. Her guided walks and private tours explore the city’s radical past, vibrant food culture, art, architecture, and lesser-known local histories—particularly in South London, where she has lived for over two decades.
Nikky’s tours are shaped by her deep connection to Londoners and the city’s ever-evolving character. Whether she is leading visitors through Brixton’s political history, uncovering Catford’s community roots, or guiding families along a trail inspired by a much-loved novel, Nikky’s aim is always the same: to make London personal, engaging and unforgettable.
Originally from Belfast, Nikky arrived in London to work as a professional makeup artist, with her first job at The Oval cricket ground. Over time, her career evolved from visual storytelling to written word—authoring cookbooks celebrating South London’s culinary scene, co-founding a community newspaper, and serving as Chair of the Brixton Advice Centre.
Whether you are a first-time visitor or a lifelong Londoner, Nikky offers tours that connect history with real life, bringing out the spirit of the city in a way that is accessible, thought-provoking and fun.
